By creating an account or using GlycoLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

GlycoLog is a personal health-tracking application that allows individuals to log and monitor blood glucose readings, insulin doses, and dietary information over time. The service is intended solely as a personal logging and organisational tool.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account and logging health data.
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
Use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the application.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Health Data & Medical Advice

GlycoLog does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Data logged in the app is for your personal reference only. Any decisions about your health — including insulin dosing, diet changes, or medication adjustments — must be made in consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

5. Account & Data

You retain ownership of the health data you enter into GlycoLog. We store your data securely on your behalf. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlycoLog and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including any health decisions made based on data logged within the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the application.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the application operator is based. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
